KIDS’ SUMMER ADVENTURE 2025
SUCH A GREAT WEEK!
What a week we have had! Our first ever Kids Summer Adventure, and it was a roaring success. Across 5 nights of fun, we had 43 children & youth in the building to learn how Jesus wants us to live, and how we can "Live It Out" in our lives! I want to extend a huge thank you to every single person who made it happen, to our small group leaders, our story tellers, our game makers, our craft maestros, our tech superstars, our snack master chefs, our nursery legends, and to everyone else that I've missed, this week could not have happened without each and every one of you. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Across the week, we have also been taking an offering, which this year is going to support Camp Mystic, which was the camp ravaged by the devastating floods in Texas earlier this summer. Our campers raised nearly $230 this week in support, which is absolutely phenomenal, and we will be continuing to support that effort in our Sunday School offering this quarter. If you would like to stand alongside the young people of our church in supporting Camp Mystic, stay tuned for next week in church where we'll talk about how you can support them!
Once again, thank you to everyone who made this week happen, the staff, the volunteers, the parents, and all the kids who attended, Kids Summer Adventure was certainly an adventure, and I loved every minute of it!
