LIBERIAN STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS
The 2025-26 school year will be starting soon for the students at the Ganta United Methodist Mission School (GUMS) in Ganta, Liberia. Once again we are looking for sponsors for the scholarships that help students that might not be able to get an education otherwise.
Our goal is to offer stability to the families by supporting each student until they graduate from high school. If you are hesitant to make the long term commitment to educate a child, there are always many teens who would love to further their education!
If you are interested in making a real difference in a child’s life and would like to join us for this project, please pick up a pledge form on the giving table near the worship center entryway. This year’s tuition and uniform is the following:
Elem (1-6): $285
Jr High (7-9): $335
Sr High (10-12): $375
For current sponsors, please keep an eye out for the renewal information coming through the mail in the next week.
We also welcome donations for school supplies or In support of Priscilla Gilayeneh. the Superintendent of the Ganta United Methodist Mission Station.
